Habitat: Coniferous forrests; under logs and stones.

1". Abdomen large, smooth, egg-shaped; silvery white to yellow, with fine dark crossbands. Head/thorax has silver hair. Legs hairy, often banded. Web flat, with central zigzag pattern. Spins silken hemispherical egg sac.
Habitat: Tall Grass, gardens.
Season: Summer.
